After years of running and going to the gym, I was bored and finding it hard to get motivated to work out. Major Body Fitness is just the thing that I was looking for. Melissa and Lamar lead their groups through very high energy workouts that work every part of your body, and it's actually fun! Their positive attitude is infectious, and the music is amazing as well. Highly recommended!
