Real Ryder is a 45-minute class designed to build your endurance and strengthen your core. This format is a high energy cardio driven class that's similar to a real bike because it allows you to make turns that maximize core strengthening. Real Ryder truly compliments each format at Major Body Fitness because it helps to build overall strength which is important since our core is the foundations of all of our body's movements.

MAJOR POWER is 60-minute weight training and calesthenics routine designed to give you complete power. If you have always wanted to try cross-fit but are intimidated by the gym or equipment needed. This is the class for you. You will work your small muscles as well as exhausting the large muscle groups to design and create the best physique possible for you.
Bring a mat, towel, water and be ready to sweat!
